By browsing Trendy Jewel Vibe or placing an order you agree to these terms. We sell artificial jewellery online from Trendy Jewel Vibe, Sabzazar, Lahore, Pakistan, for delivery in Pakistan.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability. We may cancel or change an order if an item is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we cannot verify the details.

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price charged is the price shown at checkout when you place the order, unless we contact you about an error.

Payment

There is no online payment. Orders are cash on delivery (COD): you pay the courier when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.

Delivery

We aim to deliver within 5 working days across Pakistan. Times may be longer in remote areas or peak seasons. Shipping is Rs 250; orders of Rs 2,000 or more ship free. Courier delays after handover are outside our control.

Please check the parcel on arrival. If you refuse a COD parcel without a prior WhatsApp complaint, we are not obliged to reship or refund.

Products

Photos are of the actual style as closely as we can show. Colour, plating, and sparkle can look slightly different on screen or in daylight. Please use the size information on the product page (for example ring sizes). If a size does not fit, our exchange policy applies.

Descriptions, stock, and images may be updated.

Returns & exchange

Unused items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Requests must be made on WhatsApp. Sale and custom pieces are non-returnable unless faulty. Full details are on our Return & Exchange Policy.

Website use

Product images, logos, and copy on this site belong to Trendy Jewel Vibe. Please do not copy them for another shop. We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not responsible for courier delays, refused parcels, or differences that come from screen colour or normal plating variation.
